The Art Institute of Pittsburgh's Online Division has a variety of different resources for students to use in order to gain additional help with class. There are also a slew of tutorials offered through Lynda.com as well as online help forums. Subjects such as: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom and Premiere are covered in the tutoring services. Aside from topics related to "photo software" and photography in general, the online tutoring also cover more general topics like writing, computer, mathematics, etc. Regardless of the course that you're taking at AiP Online, at the top of your assignment's page, you'll see a box that reads:
Click on this box and you'll be brought to another webpage with information related to Tutoring Services, Help Forums and Tutorials. Also within this page are directions on how to set up your free account with Lynda.com. In the image below, you'll see an example of how the assignment is laid out as well as what the "tutoring" website looks like:
All students at AiP Online have access to an account with Lynda.com so he/she is able to watch the tutorials that correspond with modules. If you have issues setting up your Lynda.com account, contact the Library.
