If you have ever photographed an interior room, you may know that one of the challenges is balancing the light that is within the room as well as the light that is outside the room - coming from the windows. Perhaps you adjusted your exposure for the interior room and then saw that the window's look overexposed.
This video shows you that you have two exposures to consider; more so, that you have two situations to light for.
