Make it Monday: How to Create a Logo

In many of your classes, you'll be asked to design a portfolio that has your logo on the cover or end page.  You may also be asked to put a logo on your web portfolio or include one in physical portfolio.  Logos are also great to include as "profile pictures" on any social media sites that you run such as Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. Creating a logo can be a daunting task for freelances of any profession.  


However, we all have to start somewhere when making a logo for ourselves and essentially, establishing a brand for our business.  Entrepreneur.com has published several fantastic resources for freelancers to check out to get started.  Today kicks of the "logo series" here at First Years Focus and Fire!  Be sure to check out Entrepreneur's article titled, "How to Create a Logo" along with watching the video below to get a few ideas for your own logo:
