Website Wednesday: Splashbase

In the event that you need to use a "rights free" image for a project, look no further than "Splashbase".  This website offers free, public domain, high resolution photographs that you can download and use right to your computer!

There are a few different ways that you can search for different images.  You can use the "search" box and type in the subject matter that you are looking for.  Or you can also select the "Browse" option and select either "Images" or "Sources".  If you choose images, you'll be brought to the page that shows all of the photographs in Splashbase.  If you choose sources, you'll be brought to a page that shows a list of the names of the photographers who contribute to Splashbase.  The website is very user friendly and comes highly recommended for students!
